Eligible Items Most items qualify if unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels/packaging. Final sale items (e.g., intimates, personalized/custom pieces) are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@codematrix.icu or log into your account to initiate a return and obtain a return label (if applicable).
- Ship items back (customer pays return shipping unless defective/damaged).
- Once received and inspected (usually 5–10 business days), we issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit (your choice).
Refunds
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless entire order returned due to our error).
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after receipt.
- Damaged/defective items: We cover return shipping and provide refund/replacement.
